BRING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Scenography or a comparable qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, some initial professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>A strong sense of design, space, materials, graphics and visual storytelling.<\/li>\n<li>Initial experience in developing and refining design concepts \u2013 from the first idea through to a tangible spatial design.<\/li>\n<li>Good skills in 3D design and visualisation using 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Rhino.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, some experience with After Effects and\/or Unity.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence in tackling complex challenges and enthusiasm for developing new ideas with an experienced team.<\/li>\n<li>A structured and independent way of working, combined with a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Good English skills and an interest in national and international qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Professional experience in the planning and delivery of exhibitions, interior fit-outs or comparable spatial projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience across different project stages \u2013 from concept and design development through to detailed design and realisation.<\/li>\n<li>Solid experience in detailed design and construction documentation, with a strong understanding of construction and materials.<\/li>\n<li>A strong sense of design and the ability to translate concepts into technically sound, visually compelling solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent skills in Vectorworks design, construction and detailed drawings in 2D and 3D.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing plans and coordinating technical details with specialist consultants, manufacturers, suppliers and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating interfaces between design, architecture, media, graphics and technical disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to presentations, material and sample reviews, and management experience, ideally in exhibitions, museums, interior fit-outs, architecture or comparable complex projects.<\/li>\n<li>Experience independently managing complex projects through to realisation and coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners.<\/li>\n<li>A strong understanding of design and planning processes as well as production and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>A confident, professional approach to clients and commissioning bodies, including in complex coordination and decision-making situations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules and deliverables, as well as proposals, commissions, procurement and variations.<\/li>\n<li>Ideally, experience with public-sector clients and complex procurement and approval processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of complex project structures and parallel tasks.<\/li>\n<li>A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach, sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent German and good English skills for our national and international projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>YOUR ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently managing exhibition and museum projects from planning through to realisation.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the central point of contact for clients, commissioning bodies and external project partners.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating our teams across design, architecture, graphics and media, as well as specialist consultants, producers and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Structuring and managing project workflows, responsibilities, tasks and interfaces.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and monitoring schedules, budgets, costs, deliverables and overall project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and leading project meetings, presentations and coordination sessions, and following up on actions and decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting tendering, procurement, production, implementation and on-site installation.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying risks, changes and additional scope early and developing solutions with the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the
