WHAT YOU BRING

A degree in Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Scenography or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, some initial professional experience.
A strong sense of design, space, materials, graphics and visual storytelling.
Initial experience in developing and refining design concepts – from the first idea through to a tangible spatial design.
Good skills in 3D design and visualisation using 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or Rhino.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ideally, some experience with After Effects and/or Unity.
Confidence in tackling complex challenges and enthusiasm for developing new ideas with an experienced team.
A structured and independent way of working, combined with a collaborative mindset.
Good English skills and an interest in national and international projects.

YOUR ROLE

Contributing to the concept, design and planning of exhibitions and spatial experiences.
Developing and refining design ideas together with our project teams.
Creating visualisations as well as 2D and 3D illustrations.
Design research into materials, products, references and spatial solutions.
Developing concepts through to detailed design and implementation.
Contributing to presentations and collaborating with clients, specialist consultants and project partners.
Supporting our projects from the initial idea through to realisation.

WHAT YOU BRING

A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Exhibition Design or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in the planning and delivery of exhibitions, interior fit-outs or comparable spatial projects.
Experience across different project stages – from concept and design development through to detailed design and realisation.
Solid experience in detailed design and construction documentation, with a strong understanding of construction and materials.
A strong sense of design and the ability to translate concepts into technically sound, visually compelling solutions.
Excellent skills in Vectorworks and Rhino, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Confidence in tackling complex challenges and enthusiasm for developing solutions from the first idea through to the details.
A structured, precise and independent way of working, combined with a collaborative mindset.
Good English skills and an interest in national and international projects.

YOUR ROLE

Planning and developing exhibition and interior projects from concept through to realisation.
Developing and refining design concepts and spatial solutions.
Translating concepts into technically resolved, construction-ready solutions.
Producing design, construction and detailed drawings in 2D and 3D.
Reviewing plans and coordinating technical details with specialist consultants, manufacturers, suppliers and contractors.
Coordinating interfaces between design, architecture, media, graphics and technical disciplines.
Contributing to presentations, material and sample reviews, and meetings with clients and project partners.
Supporting the implementation and realisation of our projects.

We are looking fo a PROJECT MANAGER FOR EXHIBITIONS AND SPATIAL PROJECTS Full-time – permanent position

WHAT YOU BRING

Several years of project management experience, ideally in exhibitions, museums, interior fit-outs, architecture or comparable complex projects.
Experience independently managing complex projects through to realisation and coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
A strong understanding of design and planning processes as well as production and implementation.
A confident, professional approach to clients and commissioning bodies, including in complex coordination and decision-making situations.
Experience managing budgets, costs, schedules and deliverables, as well as proposals, commissions, procurement and variations.
Ideally, experience with public-sector clients and complex procurement and approval processes.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of complex project structures and parallel tasks.
A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach, sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent German and good English skills for our national and international projects.

YOUR ROLE

Independently managing exhibition and museum projects from planning through to realisation.
Acting as the central point of contact for clients, commissioning bodies and external project partners.
Coordinating our teams across design, architecture, graphics and media, as well as specialist consultants, producers and contractors.
Structuring and managing project workflows, responsibilities, tasks and interfaces.
Managing and monitoring schedules, budgets, costs, deliverables and overall project progress.
Preparing and leading project meetings, presentations and coordination sessions, and following up on actions and decisions.
Supporting tendering, procurement, production, implementation and on-site installation.
Identifying risks, changes and additional scope early and developing solutions with the project team.
Ensuring the project’s design, quality, schedule and commercial objectives are achieved.
