We are seeking Senior Project Managers with experience in international exhibition projects for full-time and/or project-based permanent positions, as well as freelance opportunities.

You Have:

  • Experience in managing international exhibition projects
  • A degree in architecture, business, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Project management skills with budget and team responsibilities
  • The ability to manage and structure project processes from inception to completion, motivating and involving all stakeholders
  • An understanding of creative processes and their implementation
  • Willingness to travel spontaneously for work
  • Stamina, service-oriented customer contact, and a visionary approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the organizational and financial aspects of projects in coordination with management (project budgeting, calculations, timelines, tenders, etc.)
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress in all service phases
  • Managing client relationships throughout the planning and implementation phases until project completion
  • Organizing internal and external communications (client and team meetings, presentations)
  • Participating in the selection, commissioning, and management of subcontractors
  • Managing contract drafting with project partners, suppliers, and customers
  • Assisting with on-site support during implementation (both national and international)
  • Controlling and documenting project progress
  • Preparing specifications and managing tenders

We are seeking Architects / Exhibition Designers with a focus on execution planning for full-time and/or project-based permanent positions or as freelancers.

You Have:

  • A completed degree in architecture or design or comparable qualifications
  • Professional experience in execution planning for exhibitions and interior construction
  • No hesitation in tackling complex tasks and an eagerness to develop new ideas and approaches in an experienced team
  • A structured and independent working style, even when collaborating with project teams
  • Excellent CAD skills, preferably with Vectorworks and Rhino or AUTOCAD and Revit
  • Stamina, service-oriented client contact paired with vision
  • Very good English skills and enthusiasm for international exhibition projects

Your Responsibilities:

  • Taking on projects for execution planning and implementation in collaboration with an international team
  • Creating 2D and 3D plans and presentations in English
  • Overseeing and moderating implementation, managing suppliers
  • Participating in client contact and project presentations
