Following a comprehensive location and competition analysis for the new Revitalis building project in Hamburg, Kunzberg conceived, designed, and is implementing
a four-stage marketing plan.

Due to its proximity to the renowned Dresden Staatsschauspiel, the project is given the simple but unambiguous name “Haus am Schauspielgarten.”

All measures will have a consistent tonality with a focus on the theater world. Warm, modern colors stand out clearly from the competition.
A well-designed, high-quality brochure gives potential tenants an overview of the property and the housing units available.
In addition to name development and logo design, typography, text design, colors, and the tonality of the measures are defined in Phase 0.
